God and Dice

It appears to us that the discussion about God and dice is missing an
essential point. If one posits an omnipotent Being (for what else can God
be?)then the Being is omniscient. If the Being is omniscient, then there is
no throw of dice the outcome of which is unknown to the Being. There simply
is neither chance nor chaos to the Being. The law of probability has
parameters (a word adapted/pirated from the realm of its creation for uses
inapropriate but convenient for media sound bites and attempts to sound
erudite and scholarly). In God, there is no uncertainty. There is no such
thing as dice throwing in the only meaning which finite minds comprehend.
Alas, how the heathen doth rage.

Yours in His Name,
Armand Jean du Plessis, Duc de Richelieu
