  indeed. sounds more like fritz perls who always warned against fighting 
  symptoms. then they just become worse, because you're trying to exclude what 
  jungians call the shadow. things can truly only go after they have become     
  manifestated  f u l l y ... so symptoms are kinda helping ...  kai
