Farina actually makes the connection, Sandoz and the
Government and Academics and Research Grants
and Doctors and hallucinogens and Dulles in BDSL, but
while I'm quite sure that LSD is a chemical that 
THEY seek to control in GR, of course THEY 
can't control it or anything for that matter, not even
conditions/addictions to the drugs that might control
addiction. It's all very absurd. But I don't
recall P ever weaving or any other manner
suggesting the CIA and LSD were somehow
connected. Of course they were and we well
know what they did and we are learning more about this
all the time, but I don't recall P putting them  
together. ????
