They (cap T) did that to me in Peekskill NY a few years ago.  After owning
the property for 10 years, They decided my hedge was too high and gave me
notice to cut it down.  The hedge, which was about 6-7 feet high and
provided tremendous privacy on a busy street, had to be cut down to 4 feet.
They did it because they could (and since I was a landlord living in another
town I had little recourse -- paid the taxes but had no vote).

They (cap T) are real bastards.
