You could both move to NYC, taxes are relatively low, 
we don't have much in the way of hedges, well we have
one outside now that I think of it, but we pay someone
to cut it, and I doubt anyone could here the clipper
over the traffic and the car alarms. 

My doorman tells me that They (Capital R for Rudy)
passed a law to stop the use of horns in NYC, but 
those damned car alarms and those damned cell-phones
and those damned people on the internet.....,
