NP Dewey, Cheatham and Howe

A fraudster stole more than $1 million by using the
Three Stooges fictional law firm.

Patrick Penker was caught when a cashier became
suspicious about his 'law firm' Dewey, Cheatham and
Howe.

Penker has admitted defrauding credit card companies
and gambling casinos over several years, using the
slapstick comedy trio's made-up name.
