Karma is an Eastern concept of cause and effect. Actions have
consequences. It is not about justice, nor reward vs. retribution.
It is not about paying debts. It is about the complex dynamic
interaction of body-mind organisms. The actions of individuals and
groups of individuals affect the actions of every other individual
and group of individuals. With the size of the global population,
the Karma is very complex and knotted. But, it doesn't have much
to do with people or groups getting what they deserve. Any more
than the eight ball deserves to be kerplunked into the corner
pocket.
