News: Pynchon interviewed in Playboy Japan re 9-11

I find the content of the thing odd, but if true puts a decidely "eccentric" 
cast to P's personal politics (why would he get so personal now?).  Not that 
he'd be the first truly odd great artist.  Just not someone I'd follow as a 
prophet...

If it's a fake I think P. would sue the shit out of Playboy.
