story on news and propaganda worth listening to

Worth downloading and listening to the broadcast, containing a good story
on US media and propaganda in the current pro-War climate,  if you didn't
hear it on Free Speech Radio News today.

I don't think it's too early to use the word "witch-hunt" to describe the
efforts the US government is making to coerce or persuade the corporate
media to help in its program of rounding up so-called terrorist suspects so
they can be secretly detained and interrogated.  In my opinion, it's
shameful the way the corporate media is kowtowing to the Bush
Administration in this regard -- we need a free press willing to ask
serious questions and give voice to dissent in war time.
