Barbie, I understand you're trying to play catch-up here; lacking an
informed opinion of your own, you resort to the ingestion and
regurgitation of others' opinions, but you end up sounding like a
pastiche of them.  They're incoherent on their own!  Enough, please,
make it go away....

And what, is this guy Johan Galtung playing some kind of joke with a
name like that?  Who is Johan Galtung?  (Rhetorical question--if you
don't get it you don't want to.)

I don't think Chomsky merits the time and energy of a refutation
anymore.
