The author of this article gives too much weight to the will of toy-makers 
V. the psyche of children.  At least for a long while to come, computer-chip 
toy personalities will not supercede those children play-out from their own 
play-book.  He should blame TV and movies instead if he must.  Even so, I 
would contend that the media does not lead.
