Danson's Drawing the Line

As with Mapping the Line, the newly-released Drawing the Line does not 
mention Pynchon at all.  Danson is a surveyor and there;s lots of technical 
material included in the book--some nice pics, including one of the church 
in Sapperton where Eric Weinstein and I visited in the long ago (the pic is 
almost identical to one i took.  Unbeknownst to us, Rebekah's grave was 
right in front of our faces and we never saw it. Oh well.)

Despite the omission, from the first few chapters I read, it seems a fair 
account.

p.s. also got The Body Artist today in the mail. cool.
