Nearly one in 20 British pupils think their country's prime minister during 
World War II was Adolf Hitler. Only one in six correctly identified him as 
Winston Churchill. One quarter of those questioned...did not know in which 
century World War I took place. Education Secretary David Blunkett called 
the situation "worrying", adding: "I think we need to do something about 
it"...
