Sfacim, if semen, is for Benny more excretory than orgasmic.  He describes 
sfacim as something men need to "get rid of" and dump onto a woman.  Shit 
and semen are combined, clearly.  The sex act is seen as an inborn 
compulsion to purge, and the purging has a victim.  Benny identifies this 
most basic urge with a deep, overwhealming sorrow, and he sees himself, 
again, as part of a system in which he has no control.
