NP pigs & property

More accurately the storey should read "residential development plans" instead
of "house-building plans."

Considering that at least a few of these 16 acres would be needed for a road to
acces these lots, that would leave less than 1/2 acre per lot.  The neighbors
would have no say in the matter if this met the zoning for that area. 
Obviuosly it didn't, but Danner wanted things his way.  If pig farms ARE
allowed it sounds as if this is a very rural area which Danner wanted to rape. 
Danner sounds like a pig himself, as one neighbor commented.
