This is fine, but not to the point.  If any person or religion breaks the 
law (laws which apply to everyone), then they should be prosecuted.  But to 
outlaw a religion or an individual's speech is what the 1st Amendment 
prohibits.  That was what the French were proposing in the article you 
posted.

First amendment? Okay, but as we say here, "Papier ist geduldig", paper is 
patient, what means: the constitution is one thing, the reality another.
