Steven Weisenberger (A Gravity's Rainbow Companion)
manages to annotate every place name but Keokuk here,
but, if nothing else, Keokuk is one of those klassik
komedy place names, a la Cucamunga, Pismo Beach or
Walla Walla, Washington ...
