And right back atcha, Terrance.  That Holton essay is
definitely recommended reading for Chapter 9.  Killing
me that I wasn't familiar with, hadn't familiarized
myself with the rest of these by, oh, at least
yesterday, but ... but I'm going to make a run on
finishing Chapter 8 today.  At least tomorrow.  If
nothing else on Friday.  And definitely by Saturday
...
