Subject: Compost-selling priest says duck droppings and cranberries are
best

A priest in Wisconsin is raising money for charity by recycling duck
droppings and cranberry skins.

Father Domenic Roscioli of Kenosha processes tonnes of duck manure and
cranberries into compost called Father Dom's Duck's Doo.

Profits from his business go to Kenosha In Neighbourhood Works, a non-profit
organisation regenerating the community where Father Roscioli grew up.

He decided to help the area while recovering from cancer and a rare lung
disease known as sarcoidosis, the Journal-Sentinel reports.

He spent several years researching compost and decided the best combination
was cranberries and duck droppings.

His customers say the combination provides the right amount of nitrogen and
nutrients for their gardens.

Reports don't indicate the turnover of his business.
