If Barbara says you're one of the good guys, Pantychrist, and she appears
to have been paying attention, then I'm sorry to lump you in with the
slime. I do remember your "discussion" with Terrance about Vietnam --
like trying to wrestle a greased pig.

For fairness' sake, I should also acknowledge that Otto has not always
spoken up to attack rj/rjackson/jbor/?'s enemies. He continue, however,
to attribute to me some sort of relentless enmity to PoMo theory that I
don't think can be supported by what I've actually written (or excerpted or
pointed to) in this forum over the past many years. I do come down hard on
some extreme PoMo positions, but I feel comfortable in the mainstream of a
more generalized postmodern view of life and art.
