I've been lucky to find a copy of P's "Mortality and Mercy in Vienna"
translated by Jürg Laederach: "Sterblichkeit und Erbarmen in Wien"
 at the Austrian "manuskripte -- Zeitschrift für Literatur,
23. Jahrgang 1983, 80. Heft der Gesamtfolge, pp. 3-11:
I couldn't contact the translator yet but will put it into html for those
who are interested in the German text.
