It wasn't Ron, was it? I'm sure The National Review thought so. My vote
would go to Gorby I guess.
To paraphrase an old saying Kelly may be one of those people who did not so
much acheive correctness but had correctness thrust upon him--by events.
America is at last in a position where using its military might just
doesn't seem nearly so, er, unseemly (and morally wrong) as it once did to
those of a more moderate turn of mind than Kelly.
