It did. The USA objective was to loosen up Kuwait. Iraq's objective was
to tighten her up. Kuwait is/was a big cheater, she slips a lot of oil
out under her dress to the West. Iraq, remember Iraq is was radically
Stalin/Islam'anti-western, tried to get her to stop giving it up. She
buttoned a few buttons up her blouse, but she didn't put on no chastity
belt. Iraq had built a huge army, Israel had knocked her Nuke Plant out,
Iraq needed more money, more money, mo-monie, it's all bout dem
Benjamins you know.
