Just back home for a short break (so no textual evidence possible now) I
think I remember something in GR about Black Markets being the only "true"
markets. I believe somewhere in the post-Anubis chapters with Frau Gnabh and
my namesake "Schwarzmarkt Otto"?

Back to my 220 Diesel. There's work to be done. Some of it may be "black" .
