I said earlier:  

I am not splitting hairs. You claim to be a journalist.  But you're reporting 
things as facts that have not happened, for false, rhetorical ends.  I said  
earlier:

<<If/when such a thing happens--it may--consider yourself prophetic or sage 
or commonsensisical or whatever.  In the meantime, since you claim to have 
this array of facts at your fingertips, you should stick to them.>>

I also said:   

,<In the end, you might find that that's more persuasive than your purple 
prose, over-heated rhetoric, and the loss of credibility resultant from your
