Yes, but I don't think he works in Lower Manhattan. May be on vacation.

As I was waking up this morning my thoughts turned to what I would do if in
charge. I think instead of spending a lot of money and inflicting much
collateral damage going after bin Laden I would move to make it really
physically impossible for the cockpit of jetliners to be entered from the
cabin even though there might from time to time be undesirable consequences
of such an arrangement.The advantages would outweight the disadvantages.

Secondly I would take immediate steps to virtualize the centers of power in
the country--both the financial and the military. In other words don't
rebuild the WTC and do abandon the Pentagon. Run the whole show over the
internet with the necessary hardware and personel  evenly dispersed
throughout the country. As much a possible, anyway.
