This passage is specifically about the marriage of angels:
Jesus is being questioned by the pharisees who are trying to trip him up.
They ask about a woman who married seven successive husbands, each dying
before the next. They ask who's wife she'll be in heaven, and Jesus answers
that in the resurrection we will be like the angels in respect to marriage
who "neither marry, nor are given in marriage." It doesn't say they don't
have sex, just no marriage.

Lucifer was originally the highest (called the "bright and morning star" - a
title later to be transferred to Christ) of the three arche-angels, along
with Michael (the warrior) and Gabriel (the messenger), assuming each
commanded an equal number of angels, he would have taken one-third of heaven
with him.
