But we too will have elections on September 22, and nobody believes the
Schroeder-Fischer government will make it this time. It's very likely that
Mr. Stoiber, Governor of Bavaria, will become next chancelor. One of his
party friends is Otto Wiesheu, since 1993 "Bayerischer Staatsminister für
Wirtschaft, Verkehr und Technologie." The minister for traffic! Driving
drunk he had killed a Polish cabdriver on the highway on Oktober 29, 1983,
which has cost him only 20.000 DM:

When I was in France for the first time in 1977 we left Paris after three
days because we couldn't get a room to sleep (we had arrived the night
before July 14) and had slept two nights in the parks of the Cité
Universitaire. I remember the big place before Notre Dame filled with
youngsters, Arabic and Africans musicians playing, a huge cloud of smoke
hanging over the place.

We went to Angers and met a guy who was waiting for his process for growing
some hemp plants. He wasn't allowed to leave his flat between 8 pm and 6 am.
He invited us and we shared the tulips we had brought from Amsterdam . . .
