I can't believe we let this guy get away with calling us "tamed liberal
lapdogs" and "foot soldiers" in a "goon squad." I think it can mean only one
thing--he's absolutely right!

The day after Otto wrote this, I heard Cockburn's voice on the radio with
Dennis Bernstein.  He's not especially polite, Otto, though I guess you've
figured that out for yourself by now.  I found him positively charming, but
to some of our downy-eared friends on the P-list, I imagine his tone would
sound downright venomous.

Love you guys!  Wish you came to visit everyday....
