What DOESN'T bring up that Bakhtinian carnivalesque in
re: those Pynchonian texts these days, might be the
question.  But, off the top of my pointy, pointy head
(not to mention that of my trusty, trusty search
engine, but have these, at least) ...

more titles for you.  Bakhtin comes up often enough in
Pycnhon studies, I'm sure ...
