Dixon might fare better in his "perfect watch" dispute with R.C. 
if he were to incorporate and become a trans-national.

It reminds me of the NAFTA/Chapter 11 horrors, wherein a
group of lawyers created a back door mechanism by which
multi-national corporations can subvert local, state and even 
national law by suing those entities in front of a secret tribunal
to the tune of billions of dollars.
