In the wake of the horrific murder of Daniel Pearl, those here on the p-list 
who believe there is such, might take a moment to ask their God to keep a 
protective eye on our own Doug Millison who, daily, in the course of making 
and breaking stories, fearlessly exposes himself to very annoying 
e-advertisements, questionable vacation deals, unsolicited loan and 
subscription offers, unreliable internet connections, sticky goddamn mouse 
pads, crashing fucking hard drives, the godawful racket of that dago next 
door and his idiotic ride-around lawnmower--

Take a good look at the guy beside you, gentlemen:  there are heroes among 
us.
