It isn't your intent, but I think you trivialize the issue with these 
rhetorical generalities. Bin Laden didn't literally get up one morning etc., 
but the idea there is true, not false.  

A small number of very determined, not especially bright or powerful men with 
boxcutters highjacked four planes and caused vast carnage.  One needn't seek 
the blueprint of one's character our analyze the colors of one's painted 
journey to grasp that.
