closing with the provocative question:
Faudra-t-il
désormais, pour savoir si les Etats-Unis vont intervenir en
Irak, regarder
attentivement les calendriers de sortie des films ?
(will we have to attentively watch the film openings now to know if the U.S. is
going to intervene in Irak)
Noticed this in today's Washington Post Style section:
During the 2000 campaign, George W. Bush made no secret of
his "Austin
Powers" fanaticism. He liked to amuse and amaze members of the
traveling press
corps with his spot-on impression of Dr. Evil, ordering rowdy
reporters to "Zip it!
Zip it! Shut it! Shut it!" So we're not shocked to hear that
over the weekend at Camp
David, Bush screened the latest Mike Myers vehicle, "Austin
Powers in
Goldmember." No word yesterday on the presidential verdict.
