A conspiracy theory made to order for Doug

Well, that's a theory obviously (to me) idiotic.  I think the Bush 
administration simply allowed the attacks to take place.  There was no need 
for an elaborate conspiracy, all the elements were in place, & it is becoming 
clearer that the US government knew about it & did nothing to stop it.
