A conspiracy, then, that's not a conspiracy. Unless you happen to think
the Bush Administration is one person. Are you by any chance the brains
behind Doug?

Some kind of public hearing that would demonstrate that the Bush
Administration was derelict in it watchfulness is the full extent of my
hopes at the present moment. That such was the case might actually be
true.
