The crown prince commented on the following:
"he listens and debates politely, but was not fully informed about the real
conditions in the region, especially the conditions suffered by the
Palestinian people".
He didn't mention Jenin (your focus) per se, that being only a part of a
much bigger and long-standing situation for the Palestinian people.
And beyond this, it must be admitted that W is widely perceived to be "dim"
(the British article's word, not the prince's), rightly or not, and thus the
crown prince was speaking of his first-hand experience of an internation
common perception.
