No, MalignD's statement above accurately expresses the general attitude toward
the "interview" expressed by quite a few people here, including me.  We would
like to believe that the "interview" was not a fair representaion of Pynchon's
words because the thoughts expressed were so lame, and we have a hard time
reconciling their stupidity with the genius that is Gravity's Rainbow.
