The Green Party candidate in California, Peter Camejo, talks a lot about
instant runoff voting, which as governor he would seek to implement, That
way a voter could choose a first and second choice, and should a candidate
get less than 50 % of the vote, the second votes are added in. I think
it's a fine idea, but neither side, democrat nor republican, like it. We're
locked into a two-party system where a fresh ideas are locked out.
