NP- Can't we all just adjust our meds?

Howdy

Let's all adjust our meds, and then take a minute to contemplate
Russia's use of nerve gas as a military tool. 


Why didn't the Russians staff the local hospitals with military medical
personnel who would know what they were going to be dealing with? The
civilians still don't know what the gas was, apparently. 

It is all so pitiful. I am very sad.
