Pynchon materials at Ransom Center

Rich,  Thanks again... I just called the Ransom Center and talked with a
reference librarian who checked the manuscript out to a reader yesterday.
Apparently I need TRP's permission to photocopy, but to read and take notes
I just have to sign in and show ID.  Now the question is: when can I get to
Austin for the day?  It may not be before Nov. 1.
