These songs originally appeared on "Rust Never Sleeps", which was
released on Reprise in June of 1979.

"My My Hey Hey (Out of the Blue)" was the acoustic version, and
introduction the first (acoustic/folk) side of the album.

"Hey Hey My (Into the Black)" was the rock version, and closed the
second side, which was all rock songs (most notably the incendiary
"Powderfinger").

"Live Rust" was the live double album that NY and Crazy Horse
subsequently released in November of that same year.

There are two songs, at least at the "Live Rust"-album:

"My My Hey Hey (Out of the Blue)"

and:

"Hey Hey My My (Into the Black)"

The link you've posted gives the lyrics of both.
