Proposed Panel for 2004 Malta Conference: Pynchon's Gastronomy

Greetings,
 
I am trying to put together a panel of four or five people for the 2004 Pynchon Conference in Malta, and am looking for potential panel participants (he said plosively).
 
The topic is food and Pynchon, and (at this point) anything that relates the two.
 
If anyone is interested, they may contact me, individually, at dhey92000 at yahoo.com with a brief description of the particular paper they would like to present. 
 
The conference takes place in Malta, June 8-10.  I will be submitting my panel proposal, along with a list of the selected participants and paper topics, by Oct 15th.
