Some wonderful information about "trashing the planet" was posted. We 
can't all live first-world lives and still have the abundant natural 
surroundings we need to be part of a real ecosystem. Industry has 
triumphed because we are unwilling to take charge of the situation as 
a population. We serve the machine-virus.

Maybe it makes sense to cut back on population radically, end 
pollution and land overuse, restore what we can, destroy capitalism 
and recycle all the plastic we can find.
