Stone Reader (not Stone Junction)

A lot of participants on this mailing list would appreciate the film
Stone Reader, which is currently playing at the Film Forum in New York (with
a filmmaker appearance scheduled for one of Saturday's screenings) and also
doing the rounds of some other US theaters, too.

In Stone Reader, filmmaker Mark Moskowitz searches for author Dow Mossman,
who received rave reviews for his debut novel, The Stones of Summer, in the
early 1970s but then vanished into obscurity.  During his odyssey, Moskowitz
speaks with a number of other bibliophiles about novel-writing and first
novels in particular.  Many familiar (and unfamiliar) authors and books come
up, so stay alert for your favorite/s.
