Everything's a dependent phrase. Technical documentation reads like 
this: Place the database of the architecture of the records of the 
files of the locations into the environment of the files in the 
calculation of the coordinates determining the placement of final 
cell storage.

In English: Connect the location record database to the coordinate 
calculations module to determine record identifier.

Although in some ways more categorical, it uses less rigid concepts 
and focuses more on description of the in-between. (English can be 
modded to do just about anything, however.)
