The key to understanding what I post is opening the
books. I'm finding more and more that most of the list
isn't even bothering to open the Pynchon books we have
in common. I find this is the case with other books
too. So much of the disussion here is that damned
googled stuff. I think it's very unfair to ask people
to host a reading if we can't get a few people to open
the books and read them so we can talk about what
we've read. If people are tired of Pynchon or not
interested in these SL tales that's fine too, but why
do we need this endless googling.  The ravings should
be ignored unless I'm directing them at you. That's
pretty rare. Unless I get tired of your picking On
David Morris or kissing Doug or something I don't rave
in your general direction. As for the pseudonyms
that's kinda silly of you to complain about that. I
mean, you know who I am. And, I have a very good
reason not to post under my name. I have no objection
to Quail addressing me by name when he replies and you
are welcome to do the same if you want. I think people
have a right to post under a pseudonym, such as
MalignD. I have no desire to know if MalignD is a Mr.
or Miss or Mrs. or whatever. None. MalgnD has every
right to post as MalignD and should not be attacked
because he does. There are lots of good reasons to
post under a pseudonym that have nothing whatsoever to
do with the insidious sneeky underhanded sleeze of
this list. Of course I've opened myself to this kind
of criticism by posting under so many names and by
raving and all sorts of other odd ball stuff. But,
there is a method to my "madness" as I told you long
ago when you first signed on. I think I've suceeded in
putting down the major feud here. You may disagree
with my method but it worked. And so what if Doug
calld the cops on me.
