 you say that IG made lots of money in bed with the
nazis. did they?  it's a very complicated history. 
the article you posted talks about some of the ways in
which  IG changed and adjusted to the business
environment to try to make profits from new products
and ideas, the horror, the genocide that IG became
involved in, but it really doesn't talk about all the
money they made with the nazis. obviously the excerpt
you posted has nothing much to do with how much money
they made while in bed with the nazis. so, how much
money did they make while in bed witht he nazis? 

there are several excellent books on this subject. 
Sasuly was Pynchon's source for GR. have you read it? 


 unlike you, i'm not a big fan of googled stuff. as
far as i'm concerned, everything I've  read on the
internet on the so-called bush connection is pretty
much nonsense.
