(UK) edition of 2000 (splotchy green cover)?

I'm through it a second time; first was week of publication, still in
college, writing a thesis that tangentially dealt with TRP. It wasn't what
*I* wanted (or, honestly, what I *needed.*) Must say, "I liked it better
when expecting less." (Which is entirely my sin, not TRP's. I wish I didn't
know now what I didn't know then.)
