I'm using the ubiquitous Penguin Twentieth-Century Classics paperback (b/w
photo of smoking forestry on the cover).

Don't know about the UK edition's pagination.  If it means anything, the
first line on p. 204 in my copy (which begins Chpt. 11) states:

THE shape of the brief but legendary Trasero County [...]
